Born and raised in Idaho, Jason has lived his life pursuing and sharing his passions for fly fishing, bird hunting, and skiing. After graduating from the University of Idaho, he left for Montana and never looked back. 20 years later, Jason is proud to call Big Sky his home with his beautiful wife, daughter, son, and dog River. As a lead guide and manager for Montana’s premier fly fishing and bird hunting lodge (Ruby Springs Lodge) for the last 20 years, as well as a ski guide for the Yellowstone Club for the last five years, Jason’s passion to share the beauty and adventure of Montana is obvious. Jason and his family feel very fortunate to live their lives in this pristine mountain community. When he’s not traveling in pursuit of steelhead or bonefish, you can find Jason guiding his own kids into the rivers and ski trails of their backyard, Big Sky.
