A Montana State University graduate with a focus in Business Marketing and International Business, Kate joined Lone Mountain Land Company and The Big Sky Real Estate Company in 2024, quickly establishing herself as a valued team member focused on strategic marketing and the launch of real estate development initiatives.
Kate plays a key role in ensuring the successful market delivery and sale of high-value real estate. She brings an agile and high-touch, client-focused approach to everything she does - building trust with buyers, creating efficiencies for the sales team, and delivering meaningful value to the developer. Her skillset instills confidence that every detail, from concept to closing, has been thoughtfully considered and expertly handled.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Kate developed a deep-rooted appreciation for Montana during summers spent at Flathead Lake, ultimately inspiring her to make Montana home since 2013. Outside of the office, she is a passionate outdoorswoman—whether skiing, fly fishing, rafting, playing golf, climbing, or backpacking—and is actively engaged in community service supporting a number of regional non-profits.
